Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. If you fail to cancel within the 24 hour time frame, I may have already shipped the item out, in which case you will be liable for return postage.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Non Payment of Commissioned Items
Due to past clients failing to pay in full for commissioned work, I only accept orders that are fully paid up front. I do not accept deposits.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Refunds will be given if goods are unsuitable so long as they have not been damaged on return through insufficient or poor packaging by the buyer.
All goods are checked by me before delivery so that they are fit for posting. I ONLY POST WITHIN THE UK. Most items are posted 24 Tracked signed for with a tracking number to avoid loss during transit and notifications via email for you from Royal Mail. If you require an item urgently or to meet a deadline then use Special Next day delivery, please choose this at checkout.
If I can exchange an unsuitable item, I'll do my best to find a replacement you want, and if not a full refund will be given so long as the item is returned undamaged to me.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on unwanted items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item arrives damaged in the post, then it's imperative you take photos of both packaging and item and send to me. Without this I cannot offer refunds as Royal Mail do not offer compensation without photos of damaged goods.
There are no refunds on items that are damaged until the item is returned to Fake Food UK. When I receive it, you will get your refund plus the postage it cost to return the damaged item to us.
The Fake Food UK is not liable for any damage to your products that occurs in your home due to breakage, knocking, dropping etc. We are only liable while your item is in transit. Once it has been signed for and accepted all other damages are void.
ALWAYS ENSURE YOU RETURN ITEMS BOXED WITHIN A BOX WITH ADEQUATE PACKING and MARKED FRAGILE. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN YOUR REFUND BEING REJECTED.
INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTRY FROM THE BUYER
If you enter an incorrect address for your purchase I cannot refund or return item once it has been sent out and you fail to receive it. As I send out my items often on the same day of order or within 24 hours, it's vital you double check your address input for errors before purchasing.
If funds are not received in my account within four days of placing the order, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item/s.
Most items are shipped within the UK via First Class signed for with a tracking number. This ensures that you will receive your item safely. I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
Processing times are 1 to 3 working days (not weekends). If an item is out of stock then make up time is approx 5 to 7 days. So please factor this into any deadlines you have have to receive your item.
Royal Mail do not designate safe places to leave items in the same way couriers do. I will always let you know what day I post out. Any parcels that are left in a bin, doorstep, or other 'safe place' and go missing, will not warrant a refund and insurance on them is void. This is why items are sent out Signed For, as they should be returned to your postal depot should you not be in to receive it, for later collection or redelivery.
The Fake Food UK cannot be responsible for delays in postage.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me with clear photos of the damage. The original packaging must be kept while the postage carrier deals with the issue. Not adhering to this will delay or block compensation.
